Basics about data processing

This privacy policy informs you about the way, the extent and the reason for processing of personal data in our online offers and the connected websites, functions and contents. This declaration is independent of the used domains, systems, platforms and device (e.g. desktop or mobile) the online offer is executed.

Inventory data (name and adress of customers), contract data (e.g. used services, clerks, payment information), usage data (e.g. the visited websites of our online offers, Interest in our products) and content data (e.g. data entered into the contact form). We process personal details of users (all categorys of persons affected by the processing) only under observance of the privacy policy. That means we only process personal data with the permission of law: This is justified especially when the data processing is required for our work, with the consent of the customer as well as our own justified interest. (this means interest on analysing, optimising, economic buissnes and the safety of our online services in the sense of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO)

We take organisational and technical safety measures according to the state of the art to ensure we meet regulations of privacy laws and to protect the data processed by us from manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorized access.

Data processing at contact

If you contact us per E-Mail, your data gets saved for processing your request and potential further questions. We do not hand over this data to anyone without your permission.

Collection of basic acces data

On basis of our justified interests in sense of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, we gather data about every access on our servers this service is located on. This data consists of the name of the website visited, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referral URL (previousley visited website) and the hostname of the computer (ie. IP-address). Logfiles get deleted after a maximum of 14 days due to safety measures (eg. clarification of acts of abuse or fraud). Data required to be stored for longer as an evidence is saved until the case is closed.

Cookies

Cookies are information transferred from our webserver or from third party webservers to the browsers of users and saved for later retrieval. They serve as supply of basic functions of the website to improve the user experience as well as marking of users for further needs. Further information can be found here.

Data processing in relation
to web-analysing

We use the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite as our website / app-analytics software and also manage approvals with it. We collect data about website visitors with cookies. The collected information include the visitor's IP-address, the operating system, the browser-ID, the browsing activity and other information. We calculate metrics like the bounce rate, page views, sessions and similar to understand how our website / app is used. We can also create user profiles based on the browser history and analyse the the behaviour of the user, show personalised contains and execute online-campaigns.

Piwik PRO data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in the European Union and kept there between 14 and 25 months.

Your rights

You have the basic rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. For this purposes, you can contact us by letter or E-Mail.
If you belive the processing of your data violates the privacy policy in any way or your data protection claims are violated in any other way, you can complain at the supervisory authority. In Austria that is the “Datenschutzbehörde”.

Changes of our privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy to adapt it to changes in the legal situation, services and the data processing. However, this only applies at explanations about data processing. As soon as the consent of the user is required or parts of the privacy policy change, the regulations about the contractual relationship, changes can only be made with permission of the user.
